UserEasy.net Hosting provides quality web services to our clients at great prices, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to ensure these obligations are met.

Content:

All services provided by UserEasy.net Hosting may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UserEasy.net Hosting from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

All pornographic content and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all UserEasy.net Hosting servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere. UserEasy.net Hosting will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.

Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to UserEasy.net Hosting servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

Pirated software
Hacker programs or archives
Warez sites

UserEasy.net Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Commercial Advertising - Email:

Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from an UserEasy.net Hosting server or using an email address or domain that is maintained on an UserEasy.net Hosting machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited. UserEasy.net Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

IRC

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of UserEasy.net Hosting is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. All accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are subject to a processing fee equal to one (1) month's hosting fee for that account.

All Sub-Networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of UserEasy.net Hosting must adhere to the above policies.

Account Cancellations

ALL client account cancellations MUST be submitted at http://www.UserEasy.net/cancel.htm by 9:00am Eastern Time ON THE DAY YOU WISH YOUR ACCOUNT CLOSED. All requests received after 9:00am will be canceled on the following day, however, sometimes they will still be canceled on the same day.

Account Renewals

ALL accounts are RENEWED automatically, unless a cancellation request is received BEFORE the account is renewed.

Account Refunds

No Partial Month refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Only 50% of full month refunds will be issued, if an account is prepaid for more than one (1) month. If an account is being paid on monthly basis, no refund will be issued when the account is closed. If an account is prepaid for three, six, twelve, or twenty-four months, the following procedure will be followed:

1. When a Cancellation Request is received, the account will be converted to a month-to-month account, from the date of last renewal. The total cost will be recalculated from the date of last renewal minus a 50% cancellation fee, at the standard monthly price for that Package, over that given period of time. This will remove any prepayment discounts, etc, as you are no longer prepaying for a given period of time.

2. Money will then be refunded only for full, prepaid months, and not for any partial month. For example, if you sign up for a 6 month period for an account that costs $14.95/mo, and you cancel before your contract is over, you will be refunded in multiples of one half (50%) of the monthly charge $14.95. So, the total amount that you have paid but not used, will be divided by $14.95, which will determine how many FULL $14.95 months you have remaining. The ½ amount for those full prepaid months will be refunded, but NOT partial months.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
